Processing and Shipping

Please allow for 2-3 weeks processing time before items are shipped!

Shipping time may vary based on the item(s), location of the destination, holidays, and delays with the carrier. 

I charge flat rate shipping fees. Please factor these prices into your budget:

USA: $5
International: $15

Thank you for your pateince with the slightly longer turn-around time!

Tracking Numbers

I provide tracking numbers via email for every order. However, once an item has been shipped, I am no longer responsible for it. 

IMPORTANT: With COVID and the ongoing overhaul of USPS at the federal level, shipping labels have been taking longer to update. It is not unusual for a shipping label to take 3-7 days (a week) to update. However, if you are concerned about a delay, do not hesitate to email me via my Contact Page.

Current courier: USPS (United States Postal Service)

I use pirateship.com to generate my shipping labels and will refer to this and the USPS tracking software when dealing with tracking numbers.

Lost/Returned Packages

As stated before, I provide tracking numbers for all of my packages, but once an item has been shipped I am no longer responsible for it. I cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages, especially if they are marked as delivered on my end.

If you provide the incorrect address at checkout and your package is returned to me, you will need to pay for shipping again if you would like me to resend it. Incorrect addresses are not grounds for refunds.

International Shipping/Customs Fees

I am not responsible for any potential customs fees on international packages. These fees will be the responsibility of the customer. All I can do is fill out the customs form as accurately as possible when I ship your package. 

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations, even prior to a product being shipped. All sales are final.

Please carefully read the descriptions of my products before purchasing. I am not responsible for a buyer's negligence while reading the product description.

Most items purchased from my shop will be recreations of the sample used in the product picture. This will always be indicated in the product description, so please take note of that. I will always take great care to make quality recreations. Slight differences in appearance from product pictures are NOT grounds for a refund.

Please contact me to discuss next steps if you experience any of the following:

  • A product that arrives broken or damaged due to my negligence when packaging
  • The wrong product being sent or a missing product due to my negligence when packaging
  • No tracking email received after 2-3 weeks (my estimated processing time)
  • Your tracking number has not updated AT ALL

Again, I cannot be held responsible for any STOLEN packages that are marked as DELIVERED by USPS. I will refer to the tracking software in situations like this.

It is just me running my shop and all associated social media, but I will do my best to answer promptly. I am a person too, so I understand having concerns when it comes to spending money on a product and I will always do my best to assist you.
